I thought the 120 and 140 engines were the same. This engine is from a 1957 xk140MC OTS, engine # G8587-8s.

David should have said after you measure let me know--the undersizes are recorded also. Might help if the bearings are not stamped.

There is an early and later 140 engine and this forum covers other cars--sometimes folk mis post---in any case the regrind is called for if you are out in excess of .003. The size (standard ) you should look for is 2.75 to 2.7495 and the crankpin dia is 2.086 with
