Anyone know how to tell if the brake vacuum valve is working or not?
I'm replacing the servo, does anyone have experience with the SNG Barratt Uprated MK2 Brake Servo for $251 or the XK's Unlimited $231 servo?

Also, does anyone know what this is in the photo:
It is immediately below the steering column and has four
wires, two green-not connected and two old white wiring with
black underneath the white-both connected
