My '93 XJS has recently started a 'chirping' noise. The noise begins slowly, increases in frequency and then cuts out. In addition the car now won't start. I think whatever is chirping may have drained the battery. I believe it is related to the car alarm.
This began after I activated the car alarm as was not able to shut it off right away.
Any ideas?
Does any one have an owners manual for a '93 XJS?
