I just bought a 1999 xk8 and am interested in learning if the existing phone system can be converted to support bluetooth technology and connect to my mobile phone. Any thoughts or technos out there who have tried any type of solution?

It is not possible to fit a Jaguar bluetooth capable integrated phone to the 1999 XK8. Your best bet would be some aftermarket bluetooth setup.
Hmmmm. Let me qualify that by adding I have heard of some industrious chap, that was into electronics and did figure a way to make some certain phone connect to a Jaguar via bluetooth. So I guess I should say it just isn't practical for the average Joe, Jane.........or Becky.
