Here in NH, car registration cost is based on the purchase price of the car and it's weight. The higher each, the higher the registration cost. I'd like to know if the data on my registration is accurate. Does anyone know how to find the purchase price ('84 XJ6)? I think I can find the weight on the car somewhere or in the owner's manual.

GVWR is usually on the door sticker. As far as price, tell em you bought it for $100.oo.
