I have a carburetted 73 xj12 with a bad cylider head on the "B" bank. I also have a complete 77 injected motor for parts. I would like to just change the complete head with camshafts inplace. (skip the shiming part)will the camshafts be interchangable? They have the same specs according to the books I have, but look different. The lift seems to be the same but cam lobes seem to be bigger in diameter. Help????????
