I own a 1988 XJ40 jaguar. I've just installed a new headliner.
Now, I'm getting an antilock failure and low brake pressure
message. The antilock failure finally went out but the low
pressure is still coming on. I've got good brakes but no power
assist. My question is: how do I go about checking the pump; I
don't hear the pump coming on. Any suggestions or thoughts would
be much appreciated.
Also, the high speed on both blowers (AC/heater) quit working,
but the lower speeds still work. Any suggestions on how to check
this or fix it?
Maybe hell has a special chamber for the designers of the
jaguar and Lucas Electrics, but I'm still hooked on them.
