Has anyone ever tried threading the inside of the bearing? That would allow a bolt to be threaded in and a nut run down and jammed - it might give an opportunity to twist the bearing out....
Alternatively, it would allow a slide hammer to be threaded into the bearing or onto the bolt/stud. That should give you the chance of slide hammering it out. A little heat (No Oxy/acet torch!!!!) might help.
