I'm working on a 150 OTS and have a similar question about body repair so thought it might dovetail into this thread. Question: What is or How should the rust that has formed between spot weld seam be dealt with? It seem like a lot of work drill out all the spot welds to disassemble a complete body assembly in order to deal a few inches of seem that has rust. Would cutting out the rusted seam section and replacing it with a butt welded piece be an expectable fix??
