I'm trying to figure out if my alternator or regulator is the problem. When my 1970 Series II is up to operating temp and I restart the engine the ignition light stays on and volt meter shows low charging. When the engine is cold and engine is started all is normal. Has anyone had this problem? Is the alternator or regulator starting to go out?
