Tony: a final observation:
1. The two larger diam. wires will be on the high current pins of the relays (the C1, C2) and the smaller diam. ones are usually on the winding side (W1, W2)
2. Most relays I've seen have the ground wires (your wires #1 & #11) would be grounded at one of the two mounting bolts attaching the relay to the bulkhead/frame.
