I am looking for a reliable shop to do an alignment on my 90 VDP. Have just replaced upper front bushings, upper ball joints and shocks. When I lived in Minneapolis five years ago I had it aligned correctly with the tool to preload the suspension and had the best tire wear out of any car I have owned. I've read in the archives about alignment horror stories and donÔÇÖt want to join them. My problem is that I now live in Maine and can't find anyone that really seems to know what they're talking about. I'm willing to travel anywhere in new England to have it done right the first time, and not find out it wasnÔÇÖt done right by buying new tires. Any help would be appreciated.
