It is amazing what items specific to members eligibility in certain competition are not passed on by Regional Reps to all concerned.
Perhaps after this last AGM an e mail to all JCNA members should be circulated...this would possibly help to maintain a more commonly known ruling of critical items pertaining to each discipline of JCNA Competition, e.g. I was unaware that non authentic non wheel to wheel race certified cars have been allowed to enter into category S2...( privately prepared race cars ). This was apparently causing several people to gain access to this lucrative easy category...The rules committee not wishing this to continue, the rule has now been reversed to only allow certified cars into this division once more.
It seems as though committee members of the various disciplines should be notified when changes are made to the rules in their arena.This would keep them up to speed with what actually happened, by whom and for what reason.
