Club presidents, delegates and members
Please go to the AGM page on the JCNA web site and look over all the agenda items. They will not all be read at the AGM but rather be highlighted and asked if there are any comments. New Business items will be addressed first.
A 100 page AGM packet will be handed out to each delegate at the AGM, but if you want to download your own copy so you have something to read on the plane, a copy is posted on the AGM page right below the fall board meeting minutes. It is a 4 meg file so be sure you want to down load it.
The agenda packet goes to the printer Tuesday morning, so any corrections need to be made Monday night.
