Posting proposed bylaw changes is usually due 60 days before the AGM, January 20th. But since Sherm has been having lots of computer problems, he has changed that date to February 9th, 40 days before the AGM.
The JCNA Bylaws do not require that the board review or approve any proposed bylaw changes before they are presented to the AGM.
