Are the VIN#'s stamped on the front and rear bumpers? If not can these be replaced with original equipment and the car still be considered a numbers matching vehicle?

Corey, The vins numbers are right on the dash near windshield, or on the A pillar and on a sticker on the door jamb. I don't think the bumpers have them. After all, having bumper covers repaired is common.
