Back with another question which I'm sure will stir opinions. So the block requires a .10 over bore. I'd like to get a stitch more performance out of the car and would like opinions on pistons:
9:1 or 9.5:1? Is there anything really to be gained here? Is the performance mainly found in the head and flow characteristics?
I'd like to go with something a bit lighter without getting into crazy forged prices (J&E/Cosworth etc) Anyone have any opinions or other brand options? Others that would be a good choice?
Just thought I'd ask since the ratio question helped me quite a bit!
