Thanks, Steven! Problems seems to have been moisture in the passenger side switch. Remember, I took the fuse out in October after I got the window up. Yesterday I took the door card off and replaced the switch as I had on on hand. I could not see anything wrong with the original switch and everything has been working fine for a day now. Its been unusually dry here for about 2 weeks. Window could have been down when it started raining last October and more water could have gotten inside when the window kept coming down in the rain. I had tried blowing it out with compressed air back then to no avail.
