I have the opportunity to restore my Mom's car. She passed away several years ago and my father has not driven the car at all. I have not seen the car in years but he did send me pics to let me know what I was getting into. The ac does not work and it needs many cosmetic repairs; including paint, headliner, woodgrain replacement. He is confident that if the battery were replaced, the car would start. I am having it transported from Florida to Tennessee. I know this is going to be a lengthy project but I have always loved the car so I am up to the challenge! Does anyone in the middle Tennessee area have any advice for me including mechanics, paint, etc? Thanks in advance!
