Can anyone tell me where I can purchase OEM floor mats and the foam rubber cushions with velcro to properly attach?

yes I agree, not OEM. The closest you'll get is at BAS Jaguar Trim who supplies interior upholstery according to original specs and materials.

I don't think you'll ever find those.
You need to tell us what color you need, preferably the interior trim code as well.
