Jerry: regarding the plate which you note as not looking original, excuse me for my paranoia but that plate, if fraudulent would simply use the numbers of the chassis,, engine, etc. from your car, which may or may not be from the original build. The Heritage cert is the only way to know for sure if you have "numbers matching: components.
