Vin # 1R27142

We are trying to finish up this car. We did the body work and paint while some one else did the drive train and partial wiring. Where can I get a proper wiring chart for this 1970 FHC vin# 1R27142? I have tried using the series 1 and 2- E type service manual and things don't add up. They list charts for 1E vins but I don't see any listing for 1R vins.
Beginning to wonder if the right harness was installed.

Some one sent me the wiring diagram but I went ahead and ordered the supplement to keep with this car.
I am starting to wonder if the wrong harness was installed as several wire don't match up. The flasher mounted on the right hand firewall next to the washer bottle, had wires that came up to and clipped directly on the flasher, however, the harness in that area has a multi male plug in that doesn't hook directly to the flasher. In the pictures, is this flasher for emergency lights? Can the harness- year - be identified by the connector?
