I would like to get a Mark 1 Front drum brake cylinder.
I may be able to fix the old one. At the very least I need the smaller,
conical shaped spring that pushes on the front, small piston. It is shown as
number 31 on plate U, page 197 of the 3.4 Litre Spare Parts Catalogues,
and has the Jaguar part number 6086 and Lockheed part number 82484.
The complete front wheel cylinder assembly is Jaguar 6082, Lockheed 82489.

Have you had any luck finding your part? I am about to pull parts from our 'spare', a '57, #S942330 (now a lump), for which the Two Point Four Litre Spare Parts Catalogue shows the same part and part number.
Are you familiar with White Post Restorations (whitepost.com) for brake cylinder work?
