Gents; got the following information while researching paint color for my bronze Mk2 via Daniel Thompson from John Elmgren:
Courtesy John Elmgreen and the XK Gazette (www.xkclub.com)

Original Jaguar paint code: British Domolac "Zolefac" (1949-50 chips): D 3111 (XK models only)

Apparently the '62 - '64 Mk2 color is different:
Courtesy Ricahrd Herting of South Dakota who owns XK120 #670706 (see www.xkdata.com):

Sherwin Williams Sikkens 44091-GU7012-529.2 - U7118-755.2 - U7122-827.5 - U7036-867.2 - TIF271-883.4 - U7080-890.6 - U7135-894.6

Said to match exactly some original paint found on his car.

This is the paint I used on my Mk2.

Hi,
I am restoring a 52 XK120 roadster am in need of a paint chip or paint code. The orginal color is Bronze. chassis #672070 date of manufacture 21 April 1952. I understand Jaguar used this Bronze color paint from 48-52. Was there only one shade of Bronze color used on XK120's from 48-52?

I was also told that the under the bonnet lid and engion compartment and under the boot lid and boot compartment were brushed black satin or gloss at factory? Frame also brushed black?
