Don & Nora XK 140

My 140 dhc needs some attention around the interior. My question is about which material to cover what in, headliner or moquette ? There's two thin plywood strips that the chrome top-hold-downs lap over, the "D" shaped strip under the rear window and the "D" shaped (bigger) "parcel(?)" board that lies flat....should they be headliner material or matching moquette ? Any help would be much appreciated>>>
