The JCRC (JudgeÔÇÖs Concours Rules Committee) has refined the Rule Book further and the most recent updates are marked in Blue so you do not have to reread everything.

To see the proposed Rule Book Changes, please go to jcna.com, click on AGM in the green bar, scroll down to New Business, look at NB-3. Click on each "Chapter" to view the changes. The complete Rule Book, with all changes in red, is also available for viewing and downloading from the AGM page.
As all these revisions will require reprinting of the complete rule book, JCNA will be offering printed copies for approximately $5 each (a substantial savings over normal photocopying) plus actual shipping charge. The actual cost will be determined after the AGM and the changes have been approved. A communiqu?® will be distributed after AGM to give instructions on ordering new Judging Manuals.

Note: Each updated chapter has "Last updated 2-28-13 9:00 pm" at the top. Most of these changes are just administrative and clean-up changes, as indicated by the Reason: at bottom of item.
Clubs, please let the person voting for your club at the AGM know how you would like to vote on these changes prior to March 20, 2013.
