Original equipment on V12 XKE Series 3 (1971 to 1974) and early XJ12 but may have been used on other makes and models and with different bell housings such as Studebaker, BMW, Ford, etc. Completely and professionally rebuilt and tested including remanufactured torque converter. Used for only about 200 miles with Mobil 1 Full Synthetic LV Automatic Transmission Fluid HP. Correct Jaguar V12 bell housing included along with new vacuum modulator. Works perfectly with no issues.
